Eine End-to-End-Anwendung, die komplexe Reparatur- und Einbau-Dokumentation für klassische Fahrzeuge in strukturierte Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen verwandelt. Das System liest bestehende PDF-Unterlagen ein oder erstellt eine Anleitung von Grund auf. Jeder Entwurf wird anschließend geprüft und nachgeschärft, bis das Ergebnis fachlich korrekt ist. Keine unkontrollierten KI-Ergebnisse. An end-to-end application that turns complex classic-car repair and installation documentation into structured, step-by-step guides. It ingests existing PDF material or drafts a guide from scratch. Every draft is then reviewed and refined until the result is technically correct. No unchecked AI output.

Eine Anleitung entsteht heute in unter 15 Minuten, bei sehr komplexen Fällen in unter 30. Zuvor waren es ein bis zwei Stunden, bei den schwierigsten Fällen drei und mehr. Bereitgestellt werden die Inhalte zweisprachig über native Apps im App Store und bei Google Play, inklusive Terminkalender und persönlicher Garage mit Aufgaben und Setups pro Fahrzeug. A guide now takes under 15 minutes to produce, under 30 for the most complex ones. Before, it was one to two hours, and three or more for the hardest cases. It ships bilingually through native apps on the App Store and Google Play, including an event calendar and a personal garage with tasks and setups per car.

Obwohl jedes Fahrzeug eine eigene Stückliste hat, brauchen Design, Entwicklung und Herstellung Struktur, Übersicht und Nachvollziehbarkeit. For boutique car manufacturers and restomod producers, using original parts catalogues is limited only a few items. Every vehicle is its own bill of materials, and the build still needs structure, overview and traceability.

Ein konkreter Fall aus einem Kundengespräch: der komplette Fahrzeugbau in einem einzigen Excel-Blatt. Das System, das wir dafür bauen, ist auf mehr ausgelegt: strukturierte Teileverwaltung für über 1.000 Positionen je Fahrzeug mit über 25 Attributen je Teil. Zusätzlich noch Einkaufs-Workflows, Herstellungs-Tracking und Lieferanten-Anbindung. Dazu Projektmanagement und Bestandsmanagement, damit kleine Betriebe trotz aller Individualität der Produkte nicht den Überblick verlieren. Unser Gründer ist im Produktmanagement zu Hause: vom klassischen Automobilgeschäft, seit 2014, über ein Elektro-Startup mit einem Produkt, das der Markt erst noch verstehen musste, bis zu Software und SaaS. Consulting kam als Hebel dazu, um Prozesse zu verstehen und Projekte zu steuern, in Setups jeder Größe, vom kleinen Betrieb bis zum Konzern. Our founder is a product manager first: from the traditional car business, since 2014, through an electric-vehicle startup with a product the market had yet to understand, to software and SaaS. Consulting came in as a lever for understanding processes and steering projects, in setups of every size, from small firms to corporate groups.

Software ist das Mittel, um Lösungen umzusetzen: Programmieren noch vor der KI-Ära selbst gelernt, heute durch KI-Unterstützung so effizient wie möglich. Seit 2022 führt er Software-Teams von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout, aktuell als Interim Product Owner und Entwicklungsleiter. MINT Instructions ist sein eigenes Produkt aus dieser Zeit, allein gebaut und in beiden App Stores live. Software is the means of putting solutions into practice: he taught himself to code before the AI era, and today builds as AI-assisted as possible. Since 2022 he has led software teams from first idea through to rollout, currently as interim product owner and development lead. MINT Instructions is his own product from that period, built solo and live in both app stores.

With AI, features come almost for free, which is exactly why the discipline to leave some of them out is the real work. That discipline has a second side: delivering what was agreed, on schedule and to standard.
