Zweisprachige KI-Reparaturanleitungen für klassische FahrzeugeBilingual AI-powered repair guides for classic cars

Eine Anwendung, die Reparatur- und Einbaudokumentation für klassische Fahrzeuge in Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen verwandelt. Sie liest bestehende PDFs ein oder erstellt eine Anleitung von Grund auf. Jeder Entwurf wird geprüft und nachgeschärft, bis er fachlich korrekt ist. Keine unkontrollierten KI-Ergebnisse. An application that turns classic-car repair and installation documentation into step-by-step guides. It reads existing PDFs or drafts a guide from scratch. Every draft is reviewed and refined until it is technically correct. No unchecked AI output.

Eine Anleitung entsteht heute in unter 15 Minuten, komplexe Fälle in unter 30. Zuvor waren es ein bis zwei Stunden, schwierige Fälle drei und mehr. Die Inhalte erscheinen zweisprachig in nativen Apps im App Store und bei Google Play, mit Terminkalender und persönlicher Garage mit Aufgaben und Setups je Fahrzeug. A guide now takes under 15 minutes, complex cases under 30. Before, it was one to two hours, hard cases three or more. The content ships bilingually in native apps on the App Store and Google Play, with an event calendar and a personal garage with tasks and setups per car.

Der KI-Sichtbarkeits-Check analysiert, was ChatGPT, Claude und Gemini über ein Unternehmen sagen und ob KI-Systeme dessen Website lesen können. 51 Prüfpunkte je Website, bei Autohäusern 65 mit Fahrzeugbestand, Standorten und Angebot. Die Fragen an ChatGPT und Claude laufen über die offiziellen Schnittstellen, jede dreimal, mit Websuche, vom Hauptstandort aus. Die zwei wichtigsten stellen wir zusätzlich von Hand in den Apps, auch in Gemini. Auch die Prüfung auf falsche Angaben bleibt Handarbeit. Das Ergebnis ist ein PDF: wo Sie genannt werden, wo nicht, wer stattdessen empfohlen wird. Dazu ein Plan mit Zeithorizont, Aufwand und Zuständigkeit je Maßnahme. Zum KI-Sichtbarkeits-Check. The AI Visibility Check analyses what ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini say about a company and whether AI systems can read its website. 51 checks per website, 65 for car dealerships including inventory, branches and offering. The questions to ChatGPT and Claude run through the official APIs, three times each, with web search, from the main location. The two key questions are also asked by hand in the apps, including Gemini; the check for false claims stays manual too. The result is a PDF: where you are named, where not, who gets recommended instead. Plus a plan with time horizon, effort and owner per measure. Design, Entwicklung und Fertigung brauchen trotzdem Struktur, Übersicht und Nachvollziehbarkeit. Boutique car makers and restomod producers use original parts catalogues for only a few parts, rarely the core of the product. Every vehicle has its own bill of materials. Design, engineering and production still need structure, overview and traceability.

Ein Fall aus einem Kundengespräch: der komplette Fahrzeugbau in einem Excel-Blatt. Unser Gründer kommt aus dem Produktmanagement: seit 2014 im klassischen Automobilgeschäft, dann in einem Elektro-Startup mit einem Produkt, das der Markt erst verstehen musste, zuletzt in Software und SaaS. Consulting kam dazu, um Prozesse zu verstehen und Projekte zu steuern, vom kleinen Betrieb bis zum Konzern. Our founder comes from product management: in the traditional car business since 2014, then an electric-vehicle startup with a product the market had yet to understand, most recently software and SaaS. Consulting came in to understand processes and steer projects, from small firms to corporate groups.

Software ist das Mittel, Lösungen umzusetzen: Programmieren vor der KI-Ära selbst gelernt, heute mit KI so effizient wie möglich. Seit 2022 führt er Software-Teams von der Idee bis zum Rollout, aktuell als Interim Product Owner und Entwicklungsleiter. MINT Instructions ist sein eigenes Produkt aus dieser Zeit, allein gebaut, in beiden App Stores live. Software is how solutions get built: self-taught coding before the AI era, today as AI-assisted as possible. Since 2022 he has led software teams from idea to rollout, currently as interim product owner and development lead. MINT Instructions is his own product from that period, built solo, live in both app stores.
